نعم فلنبدأ

السلام عليكم أستاذ فوزي.. الحقيقة أنك وعدتني آنذاك بمقالةٍ ترد فيها على كل النقاط التي أثرتها..ولكن عبء المسؤولية التي على كاهلك  وضياع ملفات الموقع قد شغلتك وأنستك..على أي حال,تعليقي  يأتي من قراءة مقالك والذي يبين , وكما فهمت منه, ان الامور, او الديمقراطية الأميركية بخير وعلى أحسن ما يرام..وقد فصلت سيادتك  عن المرشحين و الناخبين والإعلام..إلخ. رغم علمي جيداً ان الشعب الأميركي لا يأبه لانتخابات طالما أن وضعه الإقتصادي جيد. وأما الناخبين في الإنتخابات الأميركية فهم نسبة قليلة,   عدا ما حدث في الإنتخابات الرئاسية الأخيرة… ولم ياتي تعليقي من مقارنةٍ لنظامٍ آخر..بل محاولة لفهم ما يجري هناك.في اميركا..جورج بوش واعوانه غزوا بلداً مستقلاً هو العراق بناءً على وجود أسلحة دمار شمال وارتباط بالقاعدة…لقد كلفوا الخزينة الاميركية بناءً على تلك الفضيحة ترليونات من جيب دافع الضرائب الاميركي.والاهم من كل ذلك آلاف المعاقين والقتلى من الجنود الأميركيين.المهم: جورج بوش الإبن يسرح ويمرح وكان شيئاً لم يكن..سؤالي هو: أين المحاسبة؟؟؟لم أسمع عن محاسبة إعلامية كبيرة لبوش او مساعديه. بل دعموه وبرروا كذبه ولا يخفى عليك أن هناك الكثير من الصحف ووسائل الإعلام تتبنى وجهة نظر الإدارة أو اليمين حقاً كان أم باطلاً…فضيحة إنرون وارتباط مسؤولين في الإدارة فيها..لم أسمع أن احداً حوسب وسجن…طيب ,السجون السرية و ترخيص التعذيب بمراسيم رئاسية..في النهاية تمت محاسبة جنود من رتبٍ صغيرة في ابو غريب وهنا يسجل للإعلام الأميركي كشف القصة للعلن..الأزمة المالية  وتداعياتها..هل من المعقول ان الحكومة الاميركية  ومجلس النواب لا يستطيعون محاسبة المتلاعبين والمضاربين ولا محاسبة البنوك وأفضل شيء عملوا عليه هو تخفيض مكافآت مديري البنوك!!!!! أستاذ فوزي” الديمقراطية الأميركية والحرية والإعلام شيء رائع,لكن أريد أن أفهم…بحجة الامن القومي, يتم التغطية على وثائق مهمة لعقود فقط لأنها مهمة من وجهة نظر من يفرضون الحظر…أليس من حق الاميركيين معرفة ماذا يحدث,لماذا التعتيم مثلاً على قتلة جون كنيدي إلى الآن؟؟؟ هذا ليس خيالاً بل وقائع… هناك من ديمقراطيات على هذا الكوكب أفضل من الديمقراطية الاميركية  ..السويد, بلجيكا, سويسرا.ولكن موضوع النقاش هو أميركا والعملية الديمقراطية فيها. للأسف لا يوجد ديمقراطية في العالم الإسلامي والسبب فيها هم الشعوب أنفسهم الذين لم يبلغوا سن الرشد طالما أنهم متمسكون بذلك التراث التافه..بالنسبة لحادثة الحديقة فقد شاهدت  تقريراً عن ذلك او قرأت..الحقيقة أنا لست متاكداً متى وأين, لأن الحدث كان بُعيد احداث أيلول على ما أذكر…وفي مسألة الذاكرة فيبدوا أنك لست الوحيد..أطيب التحيات لك أستاذ فوزي والسلام عليكم…أحمد.

حسنا , فلنبدأ النقاش

الأستاذ أحمد بغدادى, نظرا لشيخوخة العقل او المخ او الجهاز الذى يحتل مكانا فى الرأس ومن واجبه الإحتفاظ بالأشياء والذكريات والمذكرات والملفات………, فلست أذكر على وجه التحديد إن كنا قد تناقشنا فى موضوع هذه المقالة أم لا, ومن ثم سأعتبر ان هذه هى المناقشة الأولى فى الموضوع. تتحدث سيادتك عن ما سميتة ( مواطن القصور فى الديموقراطية الأمريكية) وتقوم بسرد ما تراه من مظاهر تلك القصور, او ما تتخيلة لأنك فى الواقع لم تراه رأى العين او تعايشة مباشرة, وما تعتقد أنك تراه هو ما تنقله لك بعض أجهزة الإعلام, وكما يقال لكل عملة وجهين, وما تراه هو الوجه الذى يواجهك من تلك العملة. أولا تقول لا توجد محاسبة حقيقية للرؤساء, وبالطبع فى قولك ذلك لابد انك تقارن ما تراه او تعتقد أنك تراه فى أمريكا مقارنه الى نظام أخر, ترى ما هو ذلك النظام الأخر الذى تقارن محاسبة الرؤساء به بحيث تفوق على النظام الأمريكى من وجهة نظرك وجعل النظام الأمريكى ( قاصرا) كما وصفت؟ ويطبق نفس السؤال على باقى ما جاء فى تعليقك من ضباط وجنود وبنوك ومؤسسات كبرى؟؟ كذلك أين ذلك النظام الأخر التى تقارنه بالنظام الأمريكى فيما يتعلق بالمصالح الشخصية…………….الخ مما جاء فى تعليقك أعلاه.  أما بالنسبة للإعلام الأمريكى الذى ناله نقدك فى التعليق, فأرجو أيضا ان تضع على الطاولة الإعلام الأخر الذى تراه خاليا من إنتقاداتك للإعلام الأمريكى. بالنسبة لما ذكرته فى نيويورك عن الكلب والمسلم……….الخ, فلم أسمع عنه, وربما يكون لديك ذلك الرابط للجريدة التى نشرت هذا فإن حب الإستطلاع لدى يدفعنى لقراءة ذلك الخبر او على الأقل ما إسم تلك الجريدة وسوف أقوم بالبحث بنفسى.  بالنسبة لأسلحة الدمار فهذا موضوع أخر يجب ان نفرد له مقالا او بحثا فى حد ذاته, وما جاء فى الجرائد من ((كذب)) كما سميته. أما بالنسبة لإفيدونا أفادكم الله, فسوف نحاول ذلك إن شاء الله بعد ان أتلقى منك توضيحا لما جاء أعلاه. قبل أن أختم ردى أقول, لقد قلت عديدا من المرات انه لا يوجد مجتمعا او حكومة او منظمة او دولة او قانونا او حتى إنسانا مثاليا, وال ( يوتوبيا ) لا توجد سوى فى مخيلات البعض. مع تحياتى

العهد القديم والعهد الجديد والعهد الأخير

 

الميثاق عهد أو عقد بين طرفين، ويظل قائما طالما التزم الطرفان ببنود العهد

يقول تعالى

{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَوْفُواْ بِالْعُقُودِ أُحِلَّتْ لَكُم بَهِيمَةُ الأَنْعَامِ إِلاَّ مَا يُتْلَى عَلَيْكُمْ غَيْرَ مُحِلِّي الصَّيْدِ وَأَنتُمْ حُرُمٌ إِنَّ اللّهَ يَحْكُمُ مَا يُرِيدُ }المائدة1

{وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَانَاتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَاعُونَ }المعارج32

 

وحتى العهد مع المشركين لا بد من الالتزام به وإتمامه طالما لم ينقضوه، ولكن إذا نقضوه فنعلنهم بالبراءة من هذا العهد

يقول تعالى

{بَرَاءةٌ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ إِلَى الَّذِينَ عَاهَدتُّم مِّنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ{1} فَسِيحُواْ فِي الأَرْضِ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِي اللّهِ وَأَنَّ اللّهَ مُخْزِي الْكَافِرِينَ{2} وَأَذَانٌ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ إِلَى النَّاسِ يَوْمَ الْحَجِّ الأَكْبَرِ أَنَّ اللّهَ بَرِيءٌ مِّنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَرَسُولُهُ فَإِن تُبْتُمْ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَإِن تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِي اللّهِ وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ{3} إِلاَّ الَّذِينَ عَاهَدتُّم مِّنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَنقُصُوكُمْ شَيْئاً وَلَمْ يُظَاهِرُواْ عَلَيْكُمْ أَحَداً فَأَتِمُّواْ إِلَيْهِمْ عَهْدَهُمْ إِلَى مُدَّتِهِمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَّقِينَ{4}التوبة

 

وعندما يكون العهد بين الله وأمة من الأمم، فمن الواضح أن الله لا يكون هو البادئ بنقض الميثاق أبدا

يقول تعالى

{وَعْدَ اللَّهِ لَا يُخْلِفُ اللَّهُ وَعْدَهُ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ }الروم6

{وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ الصَّالِحَاتِ سَنُدْخِلُهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَداً وَعْدَ اللّهِ حَقّاً وَمَنْ أَصْدَقُ مِنَ اللّهِ قِيلاً }النساء122

 

وكلما أرسل الله رسولا أو نبيا إلى أمة من الأمم أو قوم من الأقوام فإنه يُبرم معهم ميثاقا

{وَإِذْ أَخَذْنَا مِنَ النَّبِيِّينَ مِيثَاقَهُمْ وَمِنكَ وَمِن نُّوحٍ وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ وَمُوسَى وَعِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ وَأَخَذْنَا مِنْهُم مِّيثَاقاً غَلِيظاً} الأحزاب7

وهذا الميثاق له شروط أو بنود أو عهود إذا نفذها الطرف الأول (الأمة أو القوم) نفذ الطرف الثانى (الله) ما تعهد به، كما سنرى فى آيات الميثاق بين الله وبين بنى إسرائيل

 

 

العهد القديم (التوراة)

{وَإِذْ أَخَذْنَا مِيثَاقَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ لاَ تَعْبُدُونَ إِلاَّ اللّهَ وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَاناً وَذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَقُولُواْ لِلنَّاسِ حُسْناً وَأَقِيمُواْ الصَّلاَةَ وَآتُواْ الزَّكَاةَ ثُمَّ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ إِلاَّ قَلِيلاً مِّنكُمْ وَأَنتُم مِّعْرِضُونَ }البقرة83

 

{وَلَقَدْ أَخَذَ اللّهُ مِيثَاقَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَبَعَثْنَا مِنهُمُ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ نَقِيباً وَقَالَ اللّهُ إِنِّي مَعَكُمْ لَئِنْ أَقَمْتُمُ الصَّلاَةَ وَآتَيْتُمُ الزَّكَاةَ وَآمَنتُم بِرُسُلِي وَعَزَّرْتُمُوهُمْ وَأَقْرَضْتُمُ اللّهَ قَرْضاً حَسَناً لَّأُكَفِّرَنَّ عَنكُمْ سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ وَلأُدْخِلَنَّكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ فَمَن كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ مِنكُمْ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ سَوَاء السَّبِيلِ }المائدة12

{لَقَدْ أَخَذْنَا مِيثَاقَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَأَرْسَلْنَا إِلَيْهِمْ رُسُلاً كُلَّمَا جَاءهُمْ رَسُولٌ بِمَا لاَ تَهْوَى أَنْفُسُهُمْ فَرِيقاً كَذَّبُواْ وَفَرِيقاً يَقْتُلُونَ }المائدة70

 

ولكن بنو إسرائيل نقضوا ميثاقهم مع الله، وبذلك برئ الله من ميثاقه معهم، ولعنهم، وطبع الله الكفر على قلوبهم

 

{فَبِمَا نَقْضِهِم مِّيثَاقَهُمْ لَعنَّاهُمْ وَجَعَلْنَا قُلُوبَهُمْ قَاسِيَةً يُحَرِّفُونَ الْكَلِمَ عَن مَّوَاضِعِهِ وَنَسُواْ حَظّاً مِّمَّا ذُكِّرُواْ بِهِ وَلاَ تَزَالُ تَطَّلِعُ عَلَىَ خَآئِنَةٍ مِّنْهُمْ إِلاَّ قَلِيلاً مِّنْهُمُ فَاعْفُ عَنْهُمْ وَاصْفَحْ إِنَّ اللّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ }المائدة13

{فَبِمَا نَقْضِهِم مِّيثَاقَهُمْ وَكُفْرِهِم بَآيَاتِ اللّهِ وَقَتْلِهِمُ الأَنْبِيَاءَ بِغَيْرِ حَقًّ وَقَوْلِهِمْ قُلُوبُنَا غُلْفٌ بَلْ طَبَعَ اللّهُ عَلَيْهَا بِكُفْرِهِمْ فَلاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ إِلاَّ قَلِيلاً }النساء155

 

وأخذ ميثاق النصارى قوم عيسى عليه السلام

العهد الجديد (الإنجيل)

{إِذْ قَالَ اللّهُ يَا عِيسَى إِنِّي مُتَوَفِّيكَ وَرَافِعُكَ إِلَيَّ وَمُطَهِّرُكَ مِنَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَجَاعِلُ الَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوكَ فَوْقَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ ثُمَّ إِلَيَّ مَرْجِعُكُمْ فَأَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ فِيمَا كُنتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُونَ }آل عمران55

فقد واثق الله النصارى بأن يكونوا فوق الذين كفروا إلى يوم القيامة

ولكنهم نسوا حظا مما ذُكرو به، وخالفوا ميثاق الله فأغرى بينهم العداوة والبغضاء إلى يوم القيامة

{وَمِنَ الَّذِينَ قَالُواْ إِنَّا نَصَارَى أَخَذْنَا مِيثَاقَهُمْ فَنَسُواْ حَظّاً مِّمَّا ذُكِّرُواْ بِهِ فَأَغْرَيْنَا بَيْنَهُمُ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَالْبَغْضَاء إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَسَوْفَ يُنَبِّئُهُمُ اللّهُ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَصْنَعُونَ }المائدة14

 

وظن اليهود والنصارى أنهم أبناء الله وأحباؤه، وأن ميثاقهم مع الله أبدى لا يُنقض مهما فعلوا

{وَقَالَتِ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى نَحْنُ أَبْنَاءُ اللهِ وَأَحِبَّاؤُهُ قُلْ فَلِمَ يُعَذِّبُكُم بِذُنُوبِكُم بَلْ أَنْتُمْ بَشَرٌ مِّمَّنْ خَلَقَ يَغْفِرُ لِمَن يَّشَاءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَاءُ وَللهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَإِلَيْهِ الْمَصِيرُ} المائدة 18

{وَالَّذِينَ يَنقُضُونَ عَهْدَ اللّهِ مِن بَعْدِ مِيثَاقِهِ وَيَقْطَعُونَ مَا أَمَرَ اللّهُ بِهِ أَن يُوصَلَ وَيُفْسِدُونَ فِي الأَرْضِ أُوْلَئِكَ لَهُمُ اللَّعْنَةُ وَلَهُمْ سُوءُ الدَّارِ }الرعد25

 

ولكنهم لما نسوا حظا مما ذُكرو به، ونقضوا ميثاقهم، فقد واثق الله قوما غيرهم هم المسلمين

العهد الأخير (القرآن)

{وَاذْكُرُواْ نِعْمَةَ اللّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَمِيثَاقَهُ الَّذِي وَاثَقَكُم بِهِ إِذْ قُلْتُمْ سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ إِنَّ اللّهَ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ} المائدة7

{آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِن رَّبِّهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ كُلٌّ آمَنَ بِاللّهِ وَمَلآئِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ لاَ نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِّن رُّسُلِهِ وَقَالُواْ سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ }البقرة285

{الَّذِينَ يُوفُونَ بِعَهْدِ اللّهِ وَلاَ يِنقُضُونَ الْمِيثَاقَ }الرعد20

{وَلاَ تَشْتَرُواْ بِعَهْدِ اللّهِ ثَمَناً قَلِيلاً إِنَّمَا عِندَ اللّهِ هُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ }النحل95

{وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُم فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُم مِّن بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْناً يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئاً وَمَن كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ }النور55

 

وتذكروا يا مسلمين أنه طالما وفينا بعهد الله وميثاقه معنا (كما بينه القرآن) فسيفى الله بعهده لنا

أما إذا خالفنا ميثاقه فسنكون من أهل النار مثل الأمم التى نقضت عهدها مع الله

يقول تعالى

{وَالَّذِينَ يَنقُضُونَ عَهْدَ اللّهِ مِن بَعْدِ مِيثَاقِهِ وَيَقْطَعُونَ مَا أَمَرَ اللّهُ بِهِ أَن يُوصَلَ وَيُفْسِدُونَ فِي الأَرْضِ أُوْلَئِكَ لَهُمُ اللَّعْنَةُ وَلَهُمْ سُوءُ الدَّارِ }الرعد25

 

ومن الواضح أننا نقضنا عهدنا مع الله كما يتبين من حال المسلمين فى الأرض

قال تعالى

{وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُم فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُم مِّن بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْناً يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئاً وَمَن كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ }النور55

وقال سبحانه أيضا

{وَلَقَدْ كَتَبْنَا فِي الزَّبُورِ مِن بَعْدِ الذِّكْرِ أَنَّ الْأَرْضَ يَرِثُهَا عِبَادِيَ الصَّالِحُونَ }الأنبياء105

ولأننا اتخذنا سبيل التدين المظهرى، وتركنا الإيمان الحق والعمل الصالح، فقد قال تعالى بعد الآية السابقة

{إِنَّ فِي هَذَا لَبَلَاغاً لِّقَوْمٍ عَابِدِينَ }الأنبياء106

فالعابد (عبادة مظهرية) الذى يظن أنه يعبد الله وحده ولا يعمل عملا صالحا، ثم يجد أن الأرض فى يد من يعمل صالحا لقومه ومصلحته، فهذه الآية بلاغ له إنه انحرف عن الطريق المستقيم

فالله يستخلف فى الأرض من آمن وعمل صالحا، وإن لم يُوجد فهو يُورثها لمن عمل صالحا (حتى ولو كان كافرا، وانظر إلى من هم الذين استخلفهم الله فى الأرض فى زمننا هذا)

قال تعالى

{مَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ حَرْثَ الْآخِرَةِ نَزِدْ لَهُ فِي حَرْثِهِ وَمَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ حَرْثَ الدُّنْيَا نُؤتِهِ مِنْهَا وَمَا لَهُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِن نَّصِيبٍ }الشورى20

{وَمَا كَانَ لِنَفْسٍ أَنْ تَمُوتَ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ الله كِتَاباً مُّؤَجَّلاً وَمَن يُرِدْ ثَوَابَ الدُّنْيَا نُؤْتِهِ مِنْهَا وَمَن يُرِدْ ثَوَابَ الآخِرَةِ نُؤْتِهِ مِنْهَا وَسَنَجْزِي الشَّاكِرِينَ }آل عمران145

 

 

أما الجنة، فكما قال الله

{وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ الصَّالِحَاتِ أُولَـئِكَ أَصْحَابُ الْجَنَّةِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ }البقرة82

وكذا فى عشرات الآيات الأخرى

 

وكذلك يقول تعالى

{ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ تَوَفَّاهُمُ الْمَلآئِكَةُ ظَالِمِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ قَالُواْ فِيمَ كُنتُمْ قَالُواْ كُنَّا مُسْتَضْعَفِينَ فِي الأَرْضِ قَالْوَاْ أَلَمْ تَكُنْ أَرْضُ اللّهِ وَاسِعَةً فَتُهَاجِرُواْ فِيهَا فَأُوْلَـئِكَ مَأْوَاهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ وَسَاءتْ مَصِيراً{97} إِلاَّ الْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاء وَالْوِلْدَانِ لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةً وَلاَ يَهْتَدُونَ سَبِيلاً{98} فَأُوْلَـئِكَ عَسَى اللّهُ أَن يَعْفُوَ عَنْهُمْ وَكَانَ اللّهُ عَفُوّاً غَفُوراً{99} وَمَن يُهَاجِرْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ يَجِدْ فِي الأَرْضِ مُرَاغَماً كَثِيراً وَسَعَةً وَمَن يَخْرُجْ مِن بَيْتِهِ مُهَاجِراً إِلَى اللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ثُمَّ يُدْرِكْهُ الْمَوْتُ فَقَدْ وَقَعَ أَجْرُهُ عَلى اللّهِ وَكَانَ اللّهُ غَفُوراً رَّحِيماً{100}النساء

فقد ادعى الأولون فى الآية الأولى الاستضعاف لأن إيمانهم غير حقيقى

أما المستضعفون فى الآية الثانية فقد كان إيمانهم حقيقيا ولكنهم كانوا فعلا مُستضعفين، فيكونون كالذى قال فيهم سبحانه

{الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَلَمْ يَلْبِسُواْ إِيمَانَهُم بِظُلْمٍ أُوْلَـئِكَ لَهُمُ الأَمْنُ وَهُم مُّهْتَدُونَ }الأنعام82

 

والمعادلات بسيطة

أولا: إيمان + عمل صالح = استخلاف فى الأرض + الجنة

ثانيا: عمل صالح – إيمان = وراثة الأرض + جهنم فى الآخرة

ثالثا: كفر + فساد فى الأرض = لا استخلاف فى الأرض + جهنم فى الآخرة

رابعا: إدعاء الإيمان بدون عمل صالح بدعوى الاستضعاف = لا استخلاف فى الأرض + جهنم فى الآخرة

خامسا: إيمان حقيقى + استضعاف فعلى = لا استخلاف فى الأرض + الجنة فى الآخرة

 

هذا ما ما أراه وما فهمته من تدبرى لآيات الله

والله يفعل ما يشاء ولا مُعقب لحُكمه

 

جعلنا الله ممن يوفون بعهد الله ولا ينقضون الميثاق، فنؤمن بالله ونعمل عملا صالحا يرضاه، فيستخلفنا فى الأرض، ويُدخلنا جناته إن شاء

04- ترجمة معانى سورة النساء

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Chapter of Women

[In the name of Allah, the All-Merciful, the Ever-Merciful.]

1- O mankind, fear Allah Who created you from a single being (Adam), and from its kind He created its spouse, and from both of them He scattered (through earth) a multitude of men and women. And guard yourselves from Allah (and His wrath), in Whose Name you beseech one another, and (guard yourselves against severing) ties of kinship; for indeed, Allah is ever-watching over you.

2- And give the orphans their inheritance, and do not exchange their good (property) with your bad (property), and do not devour their inheritance (by adding it) to your wealth; for that is a great sin. (see 4:6)

3- And if you fear that you may not be able to deal justly with the orphans (who have no inheritance), then marry whomever looks pleasing to you among women (mothers of orphans), by (keeping in marriage bond only no more than) twos, or threes, or fours; but if you fear that you may not be able to deal justly with them, then (marry only) one, or whatever (wives) your right hand already possess; for that will be nearer not being burdened by dependants.

4- And give the women (on marriage) their dowers as an obligatory donation; but if they choose willingly to remit part of it to you, then consume it with right good cheer and satisfaction. (see 4:127)

5- And do not give to those weak of understanding your property (their inheritance which is an asset to the community, and which they would disperse), which Allah has made a means of living for you (as a community); but provide for them of it (of its profits), and clothe them, and say to them kind words.

6- And try (and examine) the orphans until they reach (the age of) marriage; if you perceive in them sound judgement, then give them back their property, but do not devour it wastefully, nor in haste before they grow up; and let him (the guardian) who is rich restrain himself (from taking remuneration), and let him who is poor take for himself what is just and reasonable. And when you give them back their property, call witnesses against them; for indeed, Allah is Reckoner enough (for us).

7- To the men (of a family) belong a share of that which parents and near kindred leave, and to the women a share of that which parents and near kindred leave, whether it be little or much; a prescribed share.

8- And if (other) relatives, orphans, and indigent persons are present at the division (of the estate), provide them from it, and say to them kind words.

9- And let those (guardians) who if they had left behind them helpless offspring, they would have entertained a fear for them; so let them fear Allah, and let them say fair words.

10- Indeed, those who wrongfully devour the inheritance of orphans; they only devour fire in their bellies, and they shall be burned in a Blazing Fire (in Hell).

11- Allah commands you regarding your children (and their inheritance); to the male a share equal to that of two females; but if they (the children) are (only) females, two or more, then they should have two-thirds of what he (the deceased) left; and if she is a single one (daughter) then she should have a half, and to his parents a sixth each of what he left if he (the deceased) had children; but if he had no children (sons or daughters), and his parents inherited him (as sole heirs), then his mother should have a third. And if he (the deceased) has siblings (brothers and sisters), then his mother should have a sixth. This (division) is after (the settlement of) any legacy that he bequeathed or debts. For indeed, (among) your parents and your children, you could never know which one among them is more prone to be of benefit to you. (This division is) An ordainment from Allah; for Allah is Omniscient, All-Wise.

12- And to you is half of what your wives left if they had no children; but if they had children, then you should have a quarter of what they left; after (the settlement of) any legacy that they had bequeathed, or debts. And to them (the wives collectively) a quarter of what you left if you had no children; but if you had children, then they should have an eighth of what you left, after (the settlement of) any legacy that you bequeathed or debts. And if a man or a woman, having no direct heirs (descendants), leaves an inheritance, but has a (maternal) brother or a sister, each one of the two gets a sixth; but if they are more than that, then they are partners in a third; after (the settlement of) any legacy that he bequeathed or debts; without harming (anyone). This is an ordainment from Allah; and (know that) Allah is Omniscient, Ever-Forbearing. (see 4:176)

13- These are the limits set by Allah, for whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger, He (Allah) shall admit him to Gardens beneath which rivers flow, to abide there for ever; and indeed, that is a great achievement.

14- But whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, and transgresses His limits, He shall admit him to the Fire to abide there for ever, and he shall have a humiliating punishment.

15- As for those among your women who commit an obscenity (lesbianism), take the evidence of four (reliable) witnesses from amongst you against them; and if they testify, confine them at homes until death claims them, or Allah ordains for them some (other) way (repentance or marriage).

16- And those two (men) among you who commit it (the obscenity of sodomy), chastise them both. Then if they repent and amend (their ways), leave them alone; for Allah is Ever-Relenting, Ever-Merciful.

17- Verily, repentance is only accepted by Allah from those who do evil deeds in ignorance, then repent soon afterwards; those are they towards whom Allah shall relent; for Allah is Omniscient, All-Wise.

18- Indeed, repentance is not for those who commit evil deeds, until when death comes to one of them, and he says, “Now, I repent!” nor is it for those who die while they are still disbelievers. For such We have prepared a painful punishment.

19- O ye who believe, it is not lawful for you to inherit women (as part of the estate of the deceased, and take them as wives) against their will, nor constrain them (by keeping them against their will) in order to take away some of what you have given them (of dower) unless they commit a flagrant obscenity. And live with them in an honourable manner; but if you dislike them, then, it may happen that you dislike a thing and Allah makes through it a lot of good.

20- But if you desire to take a wife in place of another, and you had given that (latter) one a (whole) treasure (for dower), do not take from it anything. Would you take it by means of a dumbfounding lie (such as falsely accusing the wife of adultery), and a manifest sin?

21- And how could you take it (the dower) when you have gone into privacy with each other, and they (the wives) have taken from you a binding covenant (the marriage bond)?

22- And do not marry those women whom your fathers married (before you), except that which has passed (before Islam, which Allah may forgive); indeed, that (marriage) was an obscenity, a detestable thing, and an evil way.

23- It is forbidden for you (to marry): your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your paternal aunts, your maternal aunts, the daughters of your brothers, the daughters of your sisters, your mothers who breast-fed you, your sisters at breast-feeding, the mothers of your wives, and your step-daughters who are in your guardianship born of your wives with whom you have consummated marriage, but if you have not consummated your marriage with them, then there is no blame upon you. And (forbidden also are:) the (former) wives of your sons who sprang from your own loins; or to simultaneously combine two sisters in marriage, except what has passed (before Islam). (And know that) Indeed, Allah is All-Forgiving, Ever-Merciful. (see 33:37)

24- Also (forbidden to you are: all) married women save those whom your right hands possess (of female war captives who embrace Islam for Islam annuls their marriage to disbelievers). This is an ordainment from Allah for you. And beyond those (already mentioned) it is permitted for you to seek (wives) with your wealth, shielding them by marriage, not in adultery. And for whatever joy you (expect to) derive from them, give them their dowers as a prescribed duty. And there is no blame upon you in what you (both) mutually agree upon after (handing them) the prescribed duty. Indeed, Allah is Omniscient, All-Wise.

25- And if any of you has not the means to wed free believing women, then (they may wed) believing girls from among those whom your right hands possess: for Allah knows best your (true) faith, for you are (both equal, being begotten) from one another. So, marry them, by their folks’ (masters’) permission, and give them their dowers, in the well-known approved way, seeking to shield them by marriage, not to use them for fornication or as paramours. And if, when they (the wives) are shielded by marriage, they commit an obscenity (adultery), then they incur upon themselves half the punishment (prescribed) for free women. This (permission) is for those among you who fear succumbing to sin; but it is better for you that you be patient (till you can afford marrying a free Muslim woman); for indeed, Allah is All-Forgiving, Ever-Merciful. (see 42:2)

26- Allah wishes to clarify for you (what is lawful and what is not) and to guide you to the ordinances of those before you; and (He wishes) to relent towards you: for indeed, Allah is Omniscient, All Wise.

27- Indeed, Allah wishes to relent towards you, but those who follow their lusts would like you to deviate a great deviation (from the Straight Path).

28- Allah wishes to lighten (the burden of His ordainments) for you; for man was created weak (against his desires and lust).

29- O ye who believe, do not devour your wealth among you by unjust means (such as usury, gambling or deceit), unless it is a (legal) trade by your mutual consent. And do not destroy yourselves (or each other, in this world and the Hereafter by disregarding Allah’s commands); for indeed, Allah is Ever-Merciful towards you.

30- And whoever does that through aggression and injustice, we shall cast him into Fire, and that is ever easy for Allah.

31- If you avoid the grievous sins that you have been forbidden to do, We shall absolve you of your (minor) sins, and We shall make your entry (into Paradise) a noble entrance.

32- And do not covet that (bounty) which We bestowed upon some of you in preference to others; to men shall be a share (reward) of what they had earned (of good or bad deeds), and to women a share of what they had earned; so, (do not envy one another, but) ask Allah of His bounty; for surely Allah knows full-well everything.

33- And to every one, we have appointed heirs to what was left by parents and relatives. And to those whom you pledged your oaths (such as spouses or allies), give them their (due) share (by a bequest in your wills); for indeed, Allah is witness over all things.

34- Men are guardians over women, by reason of what Allah has bestowed upon some of them in preference to others, and because of what they spend from their wealth (to support the women). Therefore, good women are devoutly obedient to Allah, guarding in absence (of their husbands) what Allah would have them guard (their husbands’ wealth, secrets, and honour). As to those women on whose part you fear disobedience, advise them, then abandon them in bed, and beat them (lightly as a last resort); and if they obey you, then do not tyrannize over them in any way; and (know that) Allah is Most High, and Great.

35- And if you fear discord between them both, appoint one arbiter from his family and another (arbiter) from hers; if they desire settlement of disputes, then Allah will make peace between them: for Allah is Omniscient and All-Aware.

36- So, worship Allah, and do not join anything as partners with Him; and towards (your) parents do your best, also towards: relatives, orphans, indigent persons, near neighbours, distant neighbours, the companions by your side (at work or travel), the wayfarer (or homeless), and those that your right hands possess; for Allah does not love him who is an arrogant boaster.

37- Those who: covetously withhold (what they have), and enjoin covetousness upon people, and conceal what Allah has bestowed upon them out of His bounty; and (know that) We have prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating punishment.

38- And (Allah does not love also) those who spend their moneys ostentatiously in front of people, and do not believe in Allah or the Last Day; for whoever has the Evil One as his companion, has an evil companion indeed!

39- And what (harm) could happen to them if they believed in Allah and the Last Day, and spent of what Allah has provided them with? Indeed, Allah has full-knowledge of them.

40- Indeed, Allah does not wrong (anyone) even by as much as a mote’s weight, and if it is a good deed, He doubles it (from 10 to 700 times), and He grants from His Own presence a great reward. (see 6:160, 2:261)

41- Then, how will it be if We brought from each nation a witness, and brought you (O Muhammad) as a witness against these (your people)?

42- On that day, those who disbelieved, and disobeyed the Messenger would wish if only they were buried and the earth was levelled above them, and they will not be able to conceal a word (of what they had said or done) from Allah.

43- O ye who believe, do not approach prayers when you are befuddled, until you can understand what you say, nor when you are ritually impure (after sexual acts) except as passers-by (through the mosque), until you wash yourselves completely. And If you are ill, or on a journey, or when one of you comes from the offices of nature (passing stools or urine), or when you contact women (sexually), then seek a pure topping (anything that rises above the surface of earth such as plants, or as some say: sand, dust, rock), and rub your faces and hands. Indeed, Allah is Ever-Pardoning, Ever-Forgiving. (see: 5:6, 18,8 and 18:40)

44- Have you not seen how those who were given a portion (an incomplete version) of the Book (the Torah or the Bible) purchase misguidance (instead of guidance), and would like you to stray from the (straight) path (too)?

45- But Allah knows best (all) about your enemies: for Allah is Protector enough, and Allah is enough as a Helper.

46- And some among those who followed Judaism distort the words from their context, and they say, “We hear (your words) and we disobey (your commands);” and, “Hear, may you be bereft of hearing!” and, “Take care of us.” (using ambiguous words that could have an insulting meaning), twisting their tongues, and speaking ill of (your) religion. Had they said, “We hear, and we obey.” and “hear (us), and look kindly at us.” It would have been better for them and most proper; but Allah has cursed them because of their disbelief; indeed, they will not believe save a few (among them).

47- O ye who have been given the Book, believe in what We have sent down (the Qur’an), confirming that which is with you (the Torah and the Gospel), before we blot out the faces (of some making them featureless), and turn them hindwards, or curse them as We cursed the Sabbath breakers, for indeed, the decree of Allah is always executed. (see 2:65, 5:60 and 7:166)

48- Verily, Allah does not forgive being associated with partners, and He forgives all else beyond that for whom He pleases; for whoever associates partners with Allah, he has indeed invented (a lie, which is) a great sin.

49- Have you not seen those who exalt themselves (claiming to be Allah’s sons and His beloved)? Nay, Allah exalts whom He pleases, and they will not be wronged out of even (such a tiny thing as) a filament of a date stone. (see 5:18)

50- Look, how they fabricate lies against Allah? Indeed, that is a sin, flagrant enough.

51- Have you not seen those who were given a portion of the book (the Jews)? They believe in false gods and the idolised tyrants, and they say of those who disbelieve, “These (disbelievers) are better-guided in their way than those who believe.”

52- Those are they whom Allah has cursed, and whomever Allah curses you will not find a helper for him.

53- Or do they have a share in sovereignty (with Allah)? For then, (being niggardly) they will not give people as much as the pit of a date stone (holds)!

54- Or do they envy the people (the Muslims) for what Allah has given them of His bounty (the Qur’an). (Remind them that) We have already given to the Family of Abraham the Book and Wisdom, and We conferred upon them a great kingdom.

55- Among them are some who believe in it (the Qur’an), and some who turn away from it; Indeed, Hell is enough (for them), a blazing fire.

56- Verily, those who reject our revelations, we shall cast into the fire: and as often as their skins are roasted through, we shall change them for fresh skins, that they may taste the punishment; for Allah is Exalted in Power, All-Wise.

57- As for those who believe and do good deeds, We shall admit them to Gardens beneath which rivers flow, to abide in them for ever, and they shall have purified spouses, and We shall admit them to an ever-shading shade.

58- Indeed, Allah commands you to give back the trusts (held by you) to their owners; and when you judge between people, that you judge with justice: verily, how excellent is that which Allah exhorts you with, for Allah is indeed All-Hearing and All-Seeing.

59- O ye who believe, obey Allah, and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you, but when you dispute with each other over anything, refer it to Allah and his Messenger, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day; for that is best (for you) and has better outcome.

60- Have you seen those (hypocrites) who claim that they believe in that which has been sent down to you, and what was sent down before you, for they would like to resort to the idolised tyrant for arbitration, although they were enjoined to reject him; but the Evil One would like to mislead them far astray.

61- And when it is said to them, “Come to what Allah has sent down and to the Messenger;” you will see the hypocrites turn away from you in aversion.

62- How then when a calamity strikes them for what their hands have advanced on their behalf (of evil deeds), and then they come to you swearing by Allah, “We desired nothing but doing good, and making peace (between disputants)”?

63- Such (hypocrites) are they whom Allah knows full-well what is in their hearts; so, leave them be (do not punish them), and advise them, and address them in stirring words that affect their souls.

64- Never did We send a Messenger but to be obeyed, by Allah’s leave. Had they (the hypocrites), when they wronged themselves, come to you, and asked Allah’s forgiveness, and the Messenger (too) had asked forgiveness for them, they would have found Allah Ever-Relenting, Ever-Merciful.

65- But nay, by your Lord, they will not believe (in the truth), until they make you judge regarding what broke out into dispute between them, and then they will not find in their hearts any strictures against what you have judged, and they will submit with whole-hearted submission.

66- And had We prescribed for them to: “Kill yourselves, or leave your homes (in the cause of Allah),” they would not have done it save a few of them. And had they done what they were advised to do, that would have been better for them, and more strengthening (for their faith).

67- And then We would have granted them, from Our Own Presence, a great reward.

68- And We would have guided them to a straight path.

69- For whoever obeys Allah and the Messenger, they shall be with those upon whom Allah has bestowed His bounty of: Prophets, men of truth, witnesses (martyrs), and doers of good; and what an excellent company!

70- Such is the bounty from Allah; for sufficient it is that Allah is Omniscient.

71- O ye who believe, take your precautions, and either go forth in parties or go forth all together.

72- For certainly there are among you those who would tarry behind: and if a misfortune strikes you, he says, “Allah has indeed bestowed His grace upon me that I was not present with them.”

73- But if a bounty (victory and booty) comes to you from Allah, he will surely say – as if there had never been any friendship (ties of faith) between you and him – “Oh! I wish I had been with them; then I would have achieved a great achievement (showed them my heroism, and shared in the booty).”

74- Let those who trade life in this world for the Hereafter fight in the cause of Allah; for whoever fights in the cause of Allah, and then gets slain, or be victorious, We shall grant him a great reward.

75- And why shouldn’t you fight in the cause of Allah, and (for) the weak and helpless among men, women, and children, who say, “Our Lord, deliver us from this town whose people are wrong-doers, and grant us from Your Own presence a protector, and grant us from Your Own presence a helper!”

76- Those who believe (in Allah) fight in the cause of Allah, while those who disbelieve fight in the cause of the idolised tyrants; so, fight the followers of the Evil One; for indeed, the Evil One’s scheming is ever ineffective.

77- Haven’t you seen those to whom it was said, “Restrain your hands (from fighting, for it is not ordained yet), and establish proper prayers, and practice the exalting virtues.”; but when fighting was prescribed for them, behold! a party of them feared the (disbelieving) people as much as they feared Allah, or even more, and they said, “Our Lord, why have you prescribed fighting for us? Why do not you reprieve us for a little while?” Say, “The passing comforts of this world are insignificant, and (the reward of) the Hereafter is best for those who fear Allah; and they will not be wronged out of even (such a tiny thing as) a filament of a date stone. (see 9:86 and 47:20)

78- (For) Wherever you are, death shall overtake you, even if you are in strongly-built towers. And whenever good fortune overtakes them, they say, “This is from Allah!” But whenever misfortune strikes them, they say, “This is from you (O Muhammad)!” Say, “All things are from Allah.” So, what is the matter with these people? They can hardly understand a word!”

79- Whatever good fortune overtakes you is from Allah, and whatever misfortune strikes you is from yourselves (because Allah punishes you for your evil deeds); for We have (only) sent you to mankind as a Messenger, and indeed, Allah is sufficient as a witness (of what you do).

80- Whoever obeys the Messenger, obeys Allah, and whoever turns away, then (know that) We did not send you as a keeper upon them.

81- They declare (their) obedience; but when they leave you, a party of them will plan by night things very different from what you say; but Allah writes down what they plan by night, so, let them be, and put your trust in Allah, for Allah is all-sufficient as a Guardian.

82- Do they not meditate upon the Qur’an? For had it been from other than Allah, they would have found in it many a discrepancy.

83- And when a matter of security or alarm reaches them, they (hurry to) announce it; but had they only referred it to the Messenger and to the decision-makers among them, they could have deduced it (its origin), and they would have known (how to deal with) it. Indeed, but for Allah’s favour and His mercy you would have followed the Evil One, save a few (of you).

84- So, fight in the cause of Allah, you are only held responsible for yourself, and urge the believers. It may be that Allah will restrain the punishing power of the disbelievers; for Allah is the strongest in punishing power and the strongest in inflicting admonitory punishment.

85- Whoever intercedes in a good cause shall have a share of it (its reward), and whoever intercedes in an evil cause shall have a portion of it (its punishment); for Allah is keeping watch over everything.

86- And when you are greeted with a greeting, greet (them) back with a better greeting, or (at least) return it; for indeed, Allah is the Supreme Reckoner over all things.

87- Allah, there is no god but He. He shall gather you on the Day of Resurrection, about which there is no doubt. Indeed, whose word is more truthful than Allah’s?

88- Why then are you in two groups concerning the hypocrites, whom Allah has toppled back (to disbelief) because of what they earned (of sins)? Would you like to guide those whom Allah has misguided; for indeed, those whom Allah has misguided, you will never find for them a way (to return them to guidance).

89- They (the hypocrites) would like you to disbelieve as they disbelieve, that you (all) become alike; so do not take friends from among them till they emigrate in the cause of Allah, but if they turn back (to enmity), then take them, and slay them wherever you find them, and never take from among them a friend or a helper.

90- Except those who seek refuge with a people between whom and you there is a covenant, or (those who) come to you because their hearts recoiled from fighting you or fighting their own people. If Allah had willed it, he could have given them power over you, and they would have fought you. So, if they keep away from you, and do not fight you, and give you (guarantees of) peace, then Allah has not given you any way (of hostility) against them.

91- You will find others (of the hypocrites) who would like to feel secure against you (by pretending Islam) and against their own people (by pretending disbelief). Whenever they are driven to the test (of choosing sides), they are toppled back in it (to disbelief). So, if they do not keep away from you, and give you (guarantees of) peace, and restrain their hands, seize them and slay them wherever you capture them; for against these We have given you a clear argument (justifying their killing).

92- It is not for the believer to kill a believer; except by mistake: if one kills a believer by mistake, then (it is ordained that) he should unfetter the neck of a believing slave, and the blood indemnity should be handed over to his (the deceased’s) family, unless they remit it by way of charity. But if he was from a people who are your enemies, and he (the deceased) is a believer, then the unfettering of the neck of a believing slave (is ordained). And if he (the deceased) is from a people who have a covenant between you and them, then the blood indemnity should be handed to his (the deceased’s) family, and the unfettering of the neck of a believing slave (is ordained); but if he (the killer) does not find (the means to do that), then fasting for two consecutive months (is ordained), a penance from Allah; for indeed, Allah is Omniscient, All-Wise.

93- And whoever kills a believer wilfully, his recompense shall be Hell, to abide in it for ever, and Allah will be wroth against him, and He will curse him, and He shall prepare for him a great punishment.

94- O ye who believe, when you travel (to fight) in the cause of Allah, make sure, and do not say to whoever offers you the peace greeting (of Islam), “You are not a believer!” seeking after the vain gains of this life (his spoils): for with Allah is much booty. Indeed, thus were you (like him whom you wanted to kill, and despoil), and then Allah conferred upon you His favour (Islam); so make sure; for Allah is All-Aware of what you do.

95- Not equal are those believers who sit (at home), excepting those with disabilities, and those who strive and fight in the cause of Allah with their wealth and their lives; for Allah favours the strivers in the cause of Allah with their wealth and with their lives with a (higher) rank than those who sit (at home); but Allah has promised both a goodly reward (in Paradise). Indeed, Allah favours the strivers over those who sit (at home) with a great reward:

96- (higher) ranks bestowed by Him, and forgiveness, and mercy; for Allah is All-Forgiving, Ever-Merciful.

97- Indeed, those whom the angels receive, having wronged themselves (during their worldly life) shall be asked (by the angels), “In what (state) were you?” They shall say, “We were weak and oppressed in the land.” They (the angels) shall say, “Was not the land of Allah spacious enough for you to migrate in it?” Indeed, those shall have their abode in Hell, and what an evil destiny!

98- Except the (truly) and oppressed among men, women, and children who are unable to devise a plan or find a way.

99- As for those (latter) may be Allah will overlook their offence; for indeed, Allah is Ever-Pardoning, Ever-Forgiving.

100- And whoever emigrates in the cause of Allah, he shall find in the land many a place of refuge, and abundant sustenance. And whoever leaves his home emigrating to Allah and His Messenger, and then death overtakes him, his reward will surely be with Allah; for indeed, Allah is All-Forgiving, Ever-Merciful.

101- And when you travel through the land, there is no blame on you if you shorten your prayers, if you fear that the disbelievers may test you (by attacking); for indeed, the disbelievers are your avowed enemies.

102- And when you (O Muhammad) are with them, and lead them in prayer, let one party of them (the believers) stand up (for prayer) with you, and let them take their arms, and when they have prostrated themselves, let them stand behind you, and let the other party, who have not prayed yet, pray with you, and let them take their precautions and their arms; for those who disbelieve would like, if you were negligent of your arms and your baggage, to assault you in a single rush. But there is no blame on you if you lay down your arms because of the inconvenience of rain or because you are ill; but take (every) precaution for yourselves. Indeed, Allah has prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating punishment.

103- And when you finish prayer, remember Allah standing, sitting, and lying on your sides, and when you feel secure, then establish proper prayer; for verily prayer is an ordainment (to be performed) at stated times.

104- And do not lose heart in seeking the (disbelieving) people; for if you suffer pain, they suffer as well, but you hope from Allah what they do not hope for. Indeed Allah is Omniscient, All-Wise.

105- Verily, We have send down the Book upon you with truth (in it) to judge among people by what He showed you (of wisdom), so, do not be an advocate for those who betray their trust.

106- And pray for Allah’s forgiveness; indeed, Allah is All-Forgiving, Ever-Merciful.

107- And don’t argue for those who act unjustly towards themselves (by pretending belief); for indeed, Allah does not love whoever is a treacherous sinner.

108- They may conceal themselves from people, but they can not conceal themselves from Allah for He is with them when they say by night words that do not please Him; for indeed, Allah has comprehensive knowledge of all that they do.

109- Lo! There you are, arguing for them in this worldly life, but who will argue for them on the Day of Resurrection? Or who will be their defender?

110- And whoever does evil, or wrongs himself, and then prays for Allah’s forgiveness, he shall find Allah All-Forgiving, Ever-Merciful.

111- And whoever commits a sin, he only incurs it upon himself; for indeed Allah is Omniscient, All-Wise.

112- And whoever commits an evil deed or a sin, and then falsely accuses an innocent person; he has indeed burdened himself with a dumbfounding lie and a manifest sin.

113- And but for the grace of Allah upon you and His mercy, a party of them were about to lead you astray. But they were only leading their own selves astray, and they can not harm you in anything; for Allah has sent down upon you the Book (the Qur’an) and wisdom, and He has taught you what you have never known before. Indeed, Allah’s bounty upon you is great!

114- There is no good in much of their secret counsels; except counsels they enjoin: a charity, or an acknowledged good deed, or conciliation between people (then secrecy is permissible); and whoever does that, seeking the good pleasure of Allah, We shall give him a great reward.

115- And whoever defies the Messenger even after guidance has been plainly shown to him, and follows a path other than that of the believers, We shall accord him what he has accorded himself (of sins), and shall burn him in Hell; and what an evil doom!

116- Allah never forgives being associated with partners, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He pleases; for whoever joins other gods with Allah, has indeed strayed far into error.

117- They (the polytheists) beseech, besides Allah, only female deities (of their own invention); but indeed, they only beseech a rebellious Satan,

118- whom Allah has cursed; for he (Satan) said, “I will take from among Your servants an appointed share,

119- and I will mislead them, and I will give them (false) hopes; and I will order them to slit the ears of cattle (reserving them for their idolised tyrants), and I will order them to distort Allah’s creation.” Indeed, whoever takes Satan as his protector instead of Allah, then he has indeed lost an evident loss (for he shall end in Hell). (see 5:103)

120- He (Satan) promises them, and gives them (false) hopes; but what he promises them is only deception.

121- Those (who are deceived by Satan) shall have their abode in Hell, and they shall have no way of escape from it.

122- But those who believe and do good deeds, We shall admit them to Gardens beneath which rivers flow, to abide in them for ever; Allah has indeed promised the truth, for whose words can be more truthful than Allah’s?

123- It is not by your wishes (O Muslims), nor by the wishes of the people of the Book (shall anyone enter the Garden); for whoever does evil, shall be punished for it, and he shall not find for himself, other than Allah, any protector or helper. (see 2:80)

124- But whoever does deeds of righteousness, whether male or female, and he (or she) is a believer; indeed, those shall enter the Garden, and they shall not be wrongfully deprived of even  as much as the pit of a date stone (holds).

125- And who has a better religion than him who submits himself wholly to Allah, while being a doer of the best of good deeds, and follows the religion of Abraham, truly faithful to Allah? Indeed, Allah did take Abraham as His beloved servant.

126- And to Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and in earth: for Allah has comprehensive knowledge of all things.

127- They consult you (for the right opinion) about women. Say, “Allah instructs you concerning them, and (He has already instructed you in) what is recited to you concerning the orphaned women to whom you do not give what is prescribed for them (of inheritance and dower), and yet, whom you desire to marry (for you must give them their inheritance and dower), and (about) the helpless (orphaned) children, and that you should stand up for justice to orphans. Indeed, whatever you do of good deeds, Allah has full knowledge of. (see 4:2, 4:4 and 4:11)

128- And if a woman (wife) fears ill-treatment or repulsion on her husband’s part, there is no blame on them if they make peace between themselves in reconciliation (by giving up some rights); for reconciliation is good, even though hearts are prone to avarice. But if you do your best, and fear Allah, then (know that) Allah knows full-well all that you do.

129- And you will never be able to deal justly among (your) women, even if you ardently desire to do so: so do not lean away (from a woman) altogether, so as to leave her dangling (being neither married nor divorced). But, if you make peace, and fear Allah, then surely Allah is All-Forgiving, Ever- Merciful.

130- But if they separate (by divorce), Allah will make each of you free from want, out of His abundance; for Allah is Munificent, All-Wise.

131- And to Allah belongs all that is in heavens and earth. Indeed, We have enjoined those who were given the Book before you, and you (O Muslims), to fear Allah; but if you disbelieve, then (know that) to Allah belongs all that is in heavens and in  earth. Indeed, Allah is Self-Sufficient, Praiseworthy.

132- And (again, remember that) to Allah belongs all that is in heavens and in earth, indeed, Allah is all-sufficient as a guardian.

133- If He wills it, He could take you away O People, and bring others (in your place); indeed, Allah is fully-capable of doing that.

134- Whoever wants the reward of this worldly life, (let him know that) with Allah (alone) is the reward of this worldly life and of the Hereafter. Verily, Allah is All-Hearing, All-Seeing.

135- O ye who believe, stand out firmly for justice, as (truthful) witnesses to Allah, even against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin; whether it be (against) a rich or a poor person, for Allah is nearer to them (in compassion than you). So, do not follow (your) vain desires that you may be able to act justly, but if you twist the truth or turn away (from upholding justice), verily Allah is All-Aware of what you do.

136- O ye who believe, believe in Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad), and the Book He sent down to His Messenger, and the Books He had sent down before; for whoever disbelieves in Allah, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers, and the Last Day, then he has indeed strayed far into error.

137- Verily, those who believe, then disbelieve, then believe (again), and (again) disbelieve, then have their disbelief augmented; Allah shall never forgive them, nor shall He guide them to any (good) way.

138- Give the hypocrites a message of good cheer (which they shall receive laughing); that they shall have a painful punishment!

139- Those who take the disbelievers for friends rather than the believers: is it exalted power they seek with them? Nay, all exalted power belongs to Allah.

140- Indeed, it has been revealed to you in the Book (the Qur’an) that if you hear the revelations of Allah being denied or mocked at, you should not sit with them until they engage in some other talk, (otherwise) you will certainly be (hypocrites) like them. Surely, Allah shall gather the hypocrites and the disbelievers all together in Hell.

141- Those (hypocrites) who wait for what may happen to you, and if you gain a victory from Allah, they say, “Were we not with you?” And if the disbelievers gain a share (of victory), they say, “Did we not have you in our power, and we protected you from the believers?” Indeed, Allah shall judge between you on the Day of Resurrection, and He shall never give the disbelievers a way (of success) against the believers.

142- Truly, the hypocrites would like to deceive Allah, but He is the one who deceives them, for when they stand up to prayer, they stand languidly, to be seen by the people, and they do not remember Allah except for a little while.

143- Vacillating between them (the believers and the disbelievers), they are neither wholly on this side nor on that side; indeed, whoever Allah causes to go astray, you will not find for him a way (to guidance).

144- O ye who believe, do not take the disbelievers as friends instead of the believers; would you like to give Allah a clear argument against you (by proving your hypocrisy)?

145- Indeed, the hypocrites shall be in the lowest pit of Hell, and you shall never find for them any helper.

146- Except for those who repent, do good, hold fast to Allah, and purify their religion to (worship only) Allah: for these shall be with the believers (in the Garden). And indeed, Allah shall grant the believers a great reward.

147- What would Allah gain by your punishment if you show gratitude and believe (in Him)? Indeed, Allah is Ready to Reward, Omniscient.

148- Allah does not love public utterance of evil words except by those who are wronged; for indeed, Allah is All-Hearing, Omniscient.

149- Whether you reveal a good deed, or conceal it, or overlook an evil deed; then (know that) Allah is Ever-Pardoning, All-Potent.

150- Verily, those who disbelieve in Allah and His Messengers, and want to make distinctions between Allah and His Messengers, and say, “We believe in some, and we disbelieve in some,” seeking a way in between (belief and disbelief);

151- those are truly disbelievers; and We have prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating punishment.

152- As for those who believe in Allah and His Messengers, and do not make distinctions between any of them, these He will grant their rewards (in this world and in the Hereafter); for Allah is All-Forgiving, Ever-Merciful.

153- The People of the Book ask you to bring down upon them a book from heaven. Indeed, they asked Moses for even greater (miracles) than that, for they said, “Show us Allah openly.” So, a thunderbolt from the sky overtook them for their wrong-doing. Then they took the calf (as an object of worship) even after the clear revealed proofs had come to them, but We overlooked that (offence), and We gave Moses a clear authority (a convincing argument).

154- And We hoisted the Mount (of Sinai) above them at (the occasion of) their accepting the covenant, and We said to them, “Enter the gate in prostration,” and We said to them, “Do not transgress in the Sabbath,” and We made with them a binding covenant. (see 16:124)

155- So, because of: their breaking of their covenant, and their disbelieving in the revelations of Allah, and their killing of the Prophets without a just cause, and their saying, “Our hearts are wrapped over (with a covering that prevents us from understanding you).” Nay, Allah has put a seal upon their hearts because of their disbelief, so that none will believe save a few. (see 2:88)

156- And because of their disbelief, and their uttering against Mary a gross dumbfounding lie. (see 19:27)

157- And (also because of) their saying (boastfully and derisively), “We killed the Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah.” But indeed, they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him, but so it was made to appear to them; and indeed, those who differ regarding him (his killing) are in doubt about it, and they have no knowledge about it, for they only follow conjecture; but certainly, they did not kill him.

158- Nay, Allah raised him to His presence; for indeed, Allah is Exalted in Power, All-Wise.

159- And none among the People of the Book (Jews and Christians) but will believe in him (as Jesus, the Messenger of Allah, not His son) before his death, and on the Day of Resurrection, he (Jesus) shall be a witness against them.

160- So, because of the wrong-doing of those who followed Judaism, We forbade them good pure things that were permitted to them; and (also) because of their frequent turning away (of people) from the cause of Allah.

161- And (also) because of their taking usury (exorbitant interest on loans) which they were forbidden from, and because of their devouring people’s money by unjust means; indeed, We have prepared for the disbelievers among them a painful punishment. (see 3:75)

162- But those who are firmly-grounded in knowledge among them (the People of the Book), and the believers (Muslims), believe in what has been sent down upon you (the Qur’an), and what has been sent down before you (the Torah and the Gospel), for they are: those who establish proper prayer, and those who practice the exalting virtues, and those who believe in Allah and the Last Day; indeed, to those We shall give a great reward.

163- Verily, We have inspired you (O Muhammad) as We inspired Noah, and the Prophets after him, and as We inspired Abraham, Ishmael (Isma’il), Isaac, Jacob, the Tribes (descendants of Jacob), Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and Solomon; and We did give David the Psalms.

164- And (We also inspired other) Messengers about whom We have already told you before, and Messengers about whom We did not tell you; and Allah did speak to Moses directly.

165- Messengers who were harbingers of glad tidings (of Allah’s mercy) as well as warners (of Allah’s punishment), so that mankind could have no argument against Allah after (His sending of) the Messengers; for indeed, Allah is Exalted in Power, All-Wise.

166- But Allah testifies as to what He has sent down to you (the Qur’an), for He has sent it down with His knowledge, and the Angels (also) do testify; but indeed, Allah is all-sufficient as a witness.

167- Verily, those who disbelieve, and turn people away from Allah’s path, have indeed strayed far into error.

168- Verily, those who disbelieve, and do wrong, Allah shall never forgive them, nor shall He guide them to any way

169- other than the way of Hell, to abide in it forever; and that is an easy thing for Allah.

170- O mankind, the Messenger has indeed brought you the truth from your Lord, so believe (in Allah) for that is better for you; but if you disbelieve, then (you should know that) to Allah belongs all that is in heavens and earth; for Allah is Omniscient, All-Wise.

171- O People of the Book, do not exceed what is just and proper in your religion: nor say of Allah anything but the truth. Verily, the Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary, was (only) Allah’s Messenger and His Word (Be! And he was) which He bestowed upon Mary, and a spirit from Him. So, believe in Allah, and His Messengers, and do not say, “Three (gods or trinity)!” Desist, for that is better for you! Allah is indeed (only) one god; glory be to Him, He is above having a son. To Him belong all that is in heavens and all that is in earth; for indeed, Allah is All-Sufficient as a Guardian. (see 5:73)

172- The Messiah would never disdain to be a servant of Allah, nor would the angels who are allowed near (Allah); for whoever disdains worshipping Him, or is too proud (to do so), He shall gather all of them to Him (for punishment).

173- Then, as for those who believed and did good deeds, He shall pay them their rewards in full, and He shall give them more of His bounty. But as to those who disdained (worshipping Him), and were too proud, He shall punish them a painful punishment, and they shall not find, other than Allah, a protector or a helper.

174- O mankind, a proof (through His books and Messengers) has come to you from your Lord, and We sent down upon you a clarifying light (the Qur’an).

175- So, as for those who believe in Allah, and hold firmly to Him, He shall admit them into mercy and grace from Him, and He shall guide them to Himself by a straight path.

176- They consult you for the right decision. Say, “Allah instructs you concerning a person who dies without a direct heir (descendants). If a man perishes leaving no child, but having a (paternal) sister, then she shall have half of what he left, and he inherits her if she leaves no child. And if they (the heirs) are two (sisters) then they shall have two-thirds of what he left. And if they are siblings, men and women, then the male shall have the equivalent of the share of two females. Allah clarifies for you (His ordainments) lest you should go astray; for indeed, Allah has full-knowledge of everything.

السلام عليكم. لقد قدمت لك تصوراً طويلاً  فيما سبق عن مواطن القصور في الديمقراطية الأميركية  وهنا أكرره مرةً اخرى و باختصار . في اميركا لا توجد محاسبة حقيقية للرؤساء وضباط الجيش والجنود والبنوك والمؤسسات الكبرى في الإنتهاكات المرتكبة على المستوى العالمي و على المستوى الداخلي والتي يدفع ثمنها الشعب الاميركي دماً ومالاً, وتداخل المصالح الشخصية في مجريات إدارة الدولة والسياسة الخارجية أحياناً,واضطراب بوصلة الحكم والسلطة بين مجلس الامن القومي والرئيس..في أميركا نجد أحياناً أن الرئيس هو كل شيء وأحياناً اخرى نجده وكأنه لا شيء. شتان ما بين جورج بوش الإبن وأوباما..الإعلام الأميركي أحياناً يكون  فضائحياً تآمرياً  بل وموجهاً يرتبط ببعض اجهزة الحكم او بأصحاب توجهات سياسية معينة. في نيويورك احد   المسلمين ينقذ فتىً من كلبٍ هاجمه,فقتل المسلم ذلك الكلب,فخرجت احد الصحف في اليوم التالي بعنوان ان احد المسلمين قتل كلباً بوحشية….الحالة المادية للإعلام هي الطاغية والبعد الإنساني هو الغائب الأكبر, فما يهم هو نسبة المشاهدين لا الحقيقة…ألم تكذب وسائل الإعلام الاميركية كثيراً عن مزاعم أسلحة الدمار الشامل العراقية؟؟؟ ….افيدونا أفادكم الله والسلام عليكم..أحمد

  معذرة لأخى عزالدين فى الرد على التعليق مع عدم علاقته بموضوع المقالة. أخى أحمد شعبان  لقد تم تعديل عنوانك البريدى على الموقع, ولكن لعلمك ليس له علاقة بدخولك او عدم دخولك الموقع, ومن الممكن لك أن تغيره وتغير كلمة الدخول ……الخ من ( بياناتك الشخصية ) عند دخول الموقع. أرجو الإفادة إن كان لديك مشكلة فى الكتابة على الموقع او دخوله. تحياتى

شكرا جزيلا على تعليقك أعلاه, وبالطبع أتفق تماما معك على أن الأكثرية من المتعصبين دينيا سواء من المسلمين او المسيحيين او غيرهم هم بالتأكيد الأقل معرفة بدينهم وعقيدتهم ومن الجهل الذى يعرفونه يولد التعصب لكى يكون غطاءا لمداراة وتغطية ذلك الجهل والقلة فى المعلومات , وهذه طبيعة بشرية للأسف. بالنسبة لك ولما درسته او كلفت بدراسته فى الجامعه, فهو شيئ جميل حقا, وبالنظر الى من حولك كم تعتقد سوف تجد ممن درسوا أو أتيحت لهم فرصة دراسة عقيدة أخرى ,  لاشك ان النتيجة هى نسبة ضئيلة جدا تقرب من الصفر. ورغم اننا لا نعرف كل ما ينبغى أن نعرفه عن عقيدتنا , إلا أن هناك من يسارع بسب ونقد العقائد الأخرى بناء على معلومات لا تقرب حتى من أن تكون سطحية بل أقل من ذلك, وليست مستمدة من مصادر محايدة بل العادة مستمدة من مصادر معادية منذ البداية للعقيدة التى تتعرض لإعطاء معلومات عنها. شكرا وتحياتى

التجرد والموضوعية وإعمال العقل

السلام عليكم.أشكركم على هذا المقال الموضوعي الجميل..بالنسبة لي شخصياً فقد  خضعت عملية الإيمان عندي بالإسلام لعملية طويلة من التفكير…وقد اعتنقت الإسلام وآمنت بكتاب الله عز وجل عن اقتناعٍ واختيارٍ والحمد لله رب العالمين,وكانت شهادة ان لا إله إلا الله    محمد رسول الله مرةً أخرى.. ..خلال تلك العملية عرضت في ذهني وتفكيري الأديان الأخرى كمقارنة و التي أستطيع ان أقول  وبكل ثقةٍ اني اعلم عنها الكثير, فقد درست التوراة والإنجيل في الجامعة كجزءٍ من دراسةٍ مقارنةٍ  طلبت منا آنذاك..الحقيقة أن ولا دين من تلك الأديان عندما تتعمق فيه بتجرد, ستجد صلاح حالك ونجاتك فيه…فاكتشاف الصبغة البشرية التي أثرت او صنعت الاديان الأخرى لن يحتاج لجهدٍ كبير.. وانا اعلم يقيناً  بالنسبة للإخوة للمسيحيين أن اغلبيةٍ كبيرةً فيهم تعاني من الشك العميق في الديانة ولكنها لا تظهر ذلك إما  حتى لا تظهر ضعفاً أو لانعدام البدائل وهؤلاء هم أشد المتطرفين في الدين…, المشكلة في البشر من جميع الملل والأديان أنهم لا ينظرون بتجردٍ وموضوعية  إلى الأديان الأخرى..فهناك هوىٍ مسبق و آراءٌ مسبقة عن الآخر الشرير الوثني المزواج..كل شخصٍ ينظر لمخالفه في دينٍ آخر من منطلق فكر وعقل غيره ويتشبث بدينه من منطلق”هذا ما وجدنا عليثه آباءنا” جميع المسلمين الآن بحاجةٍ ان يدخلوا في الإسلام مرةً اخرى  وأن ينفضوا عن أنفسهم غبار الماضي ومخلفاته…وعلى الجميع أيضاًُ  من الاديان الأخرى التجرد من التعصب والهوى والتحيز, والبحث عن الحقيقة بإخلاص..والسلام عليكم..

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

إن صرف الناس عن الطريق المستقيم يكون بصرف الناس عن طريقه الوسطى تجاه التفريط أو الإفراط

فمثلا وجدوا صعوبة فى صرف الناس عن الاعتقاد بنبوة ورسالة محمد عليه السلام لشدة حب المسلمين لنبيهم

ولذلك فقد اتجهوا إلى الإفراط، فقد أدخلوا فى روع الناس أن الرسول هو خير وأفضل المرسلين، وتقبل الناس هذا

ثم قالوا إن الرسول يملك الشفاعة يوم القيامة، وتقبل الناس هذا

ثم قالوا إن الرسول هو أول من خلقه الله من الناس، بل وقبل آدم نفسه، وتقبل البعض هذا

ثم قالوا إن الرسول خُلق من نور، وتقبل البعض هذا

ثم قالوا أن الرسول فيه روحين روح نورانية لا يجوز عليها الفناء، وروح أرضية مثل كل البشر، وتقبل بعض الصوفية هذا

بل وقالوا فى بعض الأحاديث إن الرسول حى فى قبره يسمع من يُصلى عليه

ولولا أن الله قال صراحة إن محمدا بشر ويجوز عليه القتل والموت لقالوا عنه إنه إله كما فعل المضلون مع المسيح عليه السلام

جلس بعض الناس فى برجهم العاجى يُفكرون

فقالوا بما أن القرآن الكريم من عند الله تعالى، وهو كتاب حكيم مُحكم، فلابد أن تكون اللغة التى نزل بها مُحكمة من صنع الله، بل إنها لغة أهل الجنة

وهذه مُغالطة منطقية، فالله اختار ألفاظه من لغة قوم رسوله، وجمعها فى جمل حكيمة مُحكمة، فكلام الله حكيم مُحكم، ولكن اللغة العربية لا يلزم لها هذا

ثم قالوا: وما دامت لغة إلهية فلا يجوز أن يكون فيها الشاذ أو المكرر

بل إن حروفها نفسها مقدسة

ولكل حرف أو صوت معنى، وعندما تتجمع الحروف أو الأصوات معا تعطى كلمات ذات معان مُحددة

ولم يأتوا على ما يقولون بدليل

ونزول القرآن الكريم باللغة العربية لا يُعطى لها قداسة خاصة، فالله سبحانه وتعالى يُنزل كتبه على رسله بلسان قومهم

{وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِن رَّسُولٍ إِلاَّ بِلِسَانِ قَوْمِهِ لِيُبَيِّنَ لَهُمْ فَيُضِلُّ اللّهُ مَن يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي مَن يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ} إبراهيم4

ولو كان إرسال الكتاب بلسان ما يمنح هذه اللغة قدسية فسنجد أن اللغة العبرية أو الآرامية أو أيا كانت اللغة التى أنزلت بها التوراة والإنجيل، وكذلك لغة قوم نوح وقوم إدريس وكذلك لغات كل الرسل الذين نعرفهم أو لا نعرفهم لغات مُقدسة، أى أن لغات العالم كلها تقريبا مُقدسة

وقد نشأت اللغات كلها من لغة آدم التى علمها له الله عندما علمه الأسماء كلها

{وَعَلَّمَ آدَمَ الأَسْمَاء كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلاَئِكَةِ فَقَالَ أَنبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاء هَـؤُلاء إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ }البقرة31

ثم تفرق بنو آدم فى البلاد

ونسوا لغتهم الأصلية، واخترعوا ألفاظا وكلمات جديدة حسب حاجاتهم

حتى صارت هناك آلاف اللغات واللهجات المختلفة

يقول تعالى

{وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ خَلْقُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَاخْتِلَافُ أَلْسِنَتِكُمْ وَأَلْوَانِكُمْ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّلْعَالِمِينَ }الروم22

فاللغات اختلفت جميعها ومنها اللغة العربية

أهم الأخطاء والمُعَوِّقات في دراسة القرآن

تاريخ النشر: 2010-02-18

وقد عرض فيه 72 من الأخطاء والمعوقات فى دراسة القرآن الكريم من وجهة نظره، وبعض هذه الآراء نُوافق عليها مثل عدم وجود نسخ فى القرآن، أو عدم جعل إجماع الناس مصدر تشريعي إلهي، ولكنه وضع بعض آرائه (والتى يتفق فيها تماما مع آراء المرحوم/ عالم سبيط النيلى)

فيما يلى المعوقات الأربع الأولى (حسب رأيه) والتى أختلف معه فيها تماما لأنها سوف تدمر فهمنا للقرآن الكريم، وتعود بنا إلى نقطة الصفر ليبدأ فى تغيير معانيه والعبث بها حسب نظرياته ونظريات أستاذه والتى ليس لها دليل إلا فكرة خطرت لهم فى برجهم العاجى ويُحاولون تطبيقها على القرآن، للى معانيه حسب مفهومهم، وبغض النظر عن حسن النية أو سوئها

يقول الأستاذ/ سامر

أهم الأخطاء والمُعَوِّقات في دراسة القرآن

1- القول باعتباطية نشأة اللسان العربي.

2- القول بعدم وجود معنى للأصوات العربية.

3- القول بوجود لفظين مختلفين بالمبنى متفقين بالمعنى، التي اشتهرت باسم الترادف خطأ.

4- القول بوجود المجاز في اللسان العربي، رغم أن الله يقول الحق والصدق.

أولا: القول باعتباطية اللسان العربى

لاحظ ذكاءه فى اختيار لفظ “الاعتباطية” فأى شخص يسمع هذه الصفة منسوبة إلى لغته فستثور فى قلبه الحمية فينكر هذا

والحقيقة أن اللغة العربية (مثلها مثل أى لغة أُخر) نشأت وتحورت عن لغات قديمة حتى صارت مُختلفة عنها

ولولا القرآن الكريم لاختلفت تماما عن لغة العرب أيام بعثة الرسول

ولكن القرآن الكريم أبطأ التغير الطبيعى فى اللغة وحفظ لنا معانى ألفاظه فى الكتب والمعاجم العربية، وكذلك فالقرآن يذكر الكلمات فى سياقها فى آيات مُختلفة فيتبين معناها.

وهذا من رحمة الله، فلن يكون هناك معنى لحفظ القرآن الكريم ما لم يحفظ الله لنا لغة ولسان القرآن حتى نفهمه

وحتى عندما حاول الناس لى معانى كلمات القرآن كما حدث مثلا فى آية

{وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِن قَبْلِكَ مِن رَّسُولٍ وَلَا نَبِيٍّ إِلَّا إِذَا تَمَنَّى أَلْقَى الشَّيْطَانُ فِي أُمْنِيَّتِهِ فَيَنسَخُ اللَّهُ مَا يُلْقِي الشَّيْطَانُ ثُمَّ يُحْكِمُ اللَّهُ آيَاتِهِ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ }الحج52

فقد غيروا معنى كلمة “تمنى” إلى تلا أو قرأ

وغيروا كلمة “نسخ” إلى ألغى ومحا

ولكن المعانى الأصلية موجودة بجوارها فى القرآن نفسه وفى كلام العرب وفى معاجمهم

ومن يُنكر أنه يعود إلى مراجع اللغة العربية لفهم القرآن الكريم فأنا لا أُصدقه

وحتى هؤلاء المدعين بقواعدهم الجديدة التى اخترعوها يعودون إلى هذه المعاجم فيتفقون معها عندما توافقهم فى المعانى التى على هواهم، ويُنكرونها عندما لا تُوافق هواهم فى تفاسيرهم المحرفة لكلام الله

وبعضهم يعود إلى اللغات العبرية والفرنسية والإنجليزية وغيرها ليُفسر معنى بعض كلمات الله، بعد أن أنكروا قومية اللغة العربية مع أن الله قالها بوضوح

{وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِن رَّسُولٍ إِلاَّ بِلِسَانِ قَوْمِهِ لِيُبَيِّنَ لَهُمْ فَيُضِلُّ اللّهُ مَن يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي مَن يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ }إبراهيم4

ثانيا: القول بعدم وجود معنى للأصوات العربية

وسوف نأخذ مثلا على هذا من أقوال أحد من أخذوا بهذا الرأى، وهو

الأستاذ/ وسام الدين إسحاق (فى موقع منهج القرآن الحر) فى تعليقه على مقالة للأستاذ/ رضا البطاوى عن آية النشوز، فقد قال: [أما موضوع كلمة ضرب والتي هي مؤلفة من الأحرف

ض ر ب , وفي علم الحرف, الضاد هي دال مشددة وهي إرسال أما الراء فهي يد أو أداة أما الباء فهي عقدة أو هدف.

ويأتي معنى كلمة ضرب بمعنى إرسال أداة على هدف.

وإن قرأنا قوله تعالى :

وضرب الله مثلاً , أي أرسل مثلاً في عقل

وضرب في الأرض أي أرسل مسيره في الأرض

واضرب بعصاك أي أرسل عصاك على الأرض

ويضربن بخمورهن على جيوبهن أي يرسلن بالخمور على الجيوب, من أجل الستر والمنع.

وتأتي بمعنى الستر والمنع والإمتناع في الآية التي نتحاور فيها : ( واللاتي تخافون نشوزهن فعظوهن واهجروهن في المضاجع واضربوهن) أي ارسلوا اتجاهكم بعيداً عنهن بالتجاهل الكلي, الحواري والإجتماعي والمضجعي, أي أنها أكبر من الهجران في المضجع.

ولقد أتت أية نشوز الرجل أيضاً كالتالي:

(وان امراة خافت من بعلها نشوزا او اعراضا فلا جناح عليهما ان يصلحا بينهما صلحا والصلح خير واحضرت الانفس الشح وان تحسنوا وتتقوا فان الله كان بما تعملون خبيرا ) 4/128

فطلب الله في هذه الحالة أن يتدخل من يرغب بالإصلاح بين الزوجين في هذه الحالة لأن هجران المرأة لزوجها أو إضرابها عنه قد يدفعه للزواج عليها وتبديلها بزوجة أخرى, فكان حكم نشوز الرجل هو الإصلاح ولكن بتدخل خارجي من أجل الإصلاح.

والنشوز ليس كفراً أو خروج عن طاعة الله وبشكل دائم كما قال أخي رضا البطاوي وإنما هو من فعل نشز ن ش ز.

والنون هي حوت ووعاء والشين هي شامخ أو أفعى أو شيطان والشيطان معروف بالعصيان والخروج عن الأمر, أما الزين فهي (سيف ، جهاد ، كمال ، تمام), وتأتي كلمة نشز بمعنى (إحتواء خروج أو عصيان الجهد)

قد يكون النشوز عن الدين خروجاً عن طاعة الله كالفسق مثلاً ولكن في العلاقة الزوجية ليس له علاقة بمعصية الله وإما بالخروج عن واجبات الزوجة في اسرتها أو بينها وبين زوجها.

وكلمة ن ش ر والتي انتهت بالراء بمعنى (رأس مرفوع ، غير كاف )

(بإحتواء خروج الرأس) وهي ما يحدث عند خروج النبتة من احتوائها في الأرض كبرعم جديد.

هذا هو رأيي في الموضوع ولا أفرضه فرضاً وعلى القارئ أن يحكم بين أراء المتفكرين.] انتهى

وهذا نموذج من خرافاتهم بادعاء وجود معانى للأصوات العربية (اى الحروف) وهى ما سماها الأستاذ/ إسحاق بعلم الحرف والذى اخترعوه على هواهم بدون أصل له

وهذا ما أُنكره فالحرف أو الصوت وحده لا معنى له، بل والكلمة وحدها ليس لها إلا معنى أولى، ويظهر معناها الحقيقى ضمن سياقها.

ثالثا: القول بوجود لفظين مختلفين بالمبنى متفقين بالمعنى، التي اشتهرت باسم الترادف خطأ.

فاللغة العربية مثل كل اللغات الأخرى نشأت نشأة طبيعية، وكلما احتاج أهلها إلى معنى جديد نحتوا لها لفظا جديدا، وقد ينحت بعض الناس لفظا لمعنى نحت له آخرون لفظا آخر، ومن هنا يُمكن أن يوجد الترادف

وبينما ضاعت حكايات أصول المترادفات فى نهر الزمن إلا أن ما يحدث الآن يفسر ما حدث قديما

فعندما طُلب منى مراجعة قاموس ابن سينا الطبى للدكتور/ أيمن الحُسينى وجدت أنه اعتمد فى معظم مصطلحاته على ترجمة الشوام للمصطلحات الطبية

فمثلا

atherosclerosis

ترجمها: تعصد الشرايين بينما نعرفه فى مصر باسم تصلب الشرايين

tibia

ترجمها: الظنبوب بينما نعرفها فى مصر باسم قصبة الساق

duodenum

ترجمها: العفج بينما نعرفها فى مصر باسم الإثنى عشر

ورأيت أن القاموس بالترجمة العربية الشامية سيحتاج إلى قاموس آخر لفهم مصطلحاته، ولذلك فقد كتبنا المترادفين حتى يصلح لكل البلاد العربية ويفهمه الجميع

فقد عبر القرآن الكريم عن الجماع بين الزوجين بطريقة لطيفة ولم يستعمل لفظا فاحشا يُعبر عن هذا، فقال مثلا

{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَقْرَبُواْ الصَّلاَةَ وَأَنتُمْ سُكَارَى حَتَّىَ تَعْلَمُواْ مَا تَقُولُونَ وَلاَ جُنُباً إِلاَّ عَابِرِي سَبِيلٍ حَتَّىَ تَغْتَسِلُواْ وَإِن كُنتُم مَّرْضَى أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ أَوْ جَاء أَحَدٌ مِّنكُم مِّن الْغَآئِطِ أَوْ لاَمَسْتُمُ النِّسَاء فَلَمْ تَجِدُواْ مَاء فَتَيَمَّمُواْ صَعِيداً طَيِّباً فَامْسَحُواْ بِوُجُوهِكُمْ وَأَيْدِيكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَفُوّاً غَفُوراً }النساء43

{وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْمَحِيضِ قُلْ هُوَ أَذًى فَاعْتَزِلُواْ النِّسَاء فِي الْمَحِيضِ وَلاَ تَقْرَبُوهُنَّ حَتَّىَ يَطْهُرْنَ فَإِذَا تَطَهَّرْنَ فَأْتُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَكُمُ اللّهُ إِنَّ اللّهَ يُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِينَ وَيُحِبُّ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ }البقرة222

{أُحِلَّ لَكُمْ لَيْلَةَ الصِّيَامِ الرَّفَثُ إِلَى نِسَآئِكُمْ هُنَّ لِبَاسٌ لَّكُمْ وَأَنتُمْ لِبَاسٌ لَّهُنَّ عَلِمَ اللّهُ أَنَّكُمْ كُنتُمْ تَخْتانُونَ أَنفُسَكُمْ فَتَابَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَعَفَا عَنكُمْ فَالآنَ بَاشِرُوهُنَّ وَابْتَغُواْ مَا كَتَبَ اللّهُ لَكُمْ وَكُلُواْ وَاشْرَبُواْ حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمُ الْخَيْطُ الأَبْيَضُ مِنَ الْخَيْطِ الأَسْوَدِ مِنَ الْفَجْرِ ثُمَّ أَتِمُّواْ الصِّيَامَ إِلَى الَّليْلِ وَلاَ تُبَاشِرُوهُنَّ وَأَنتُمْ عَاكِفُونَ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ تِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللّهِ فَلاَ تَقْرَبُوهَا كَذَلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللّهُ آيَاتِهِ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ }البقرة187

{لاَّ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِن طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاء مَا لَمْ تَمَسُّوهُنُّ أَوْ تَفْرِضُواْ لَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةً وَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ عَلَى الْمُوسِعِ قَدَرُهُ وَعَلَى الْمُقْتِرِ قَدْرُهُ مَتَاعاً بِالْمَعْرُوفِ حَقّاً عَلَى الْمُحْسِنِينَ }البقرة236

وكلها مُترادفات لطيفة عن الجماع لا فُحش فيها

رابعا: القول بوجود المجاز في اللسان العربي، رغم أن الله يقول الحق والصدق.

فهل المجاز كذب؟ وهو هنا يُنكر المجاز فى كلام الله تعالى فى القرآن

والقرآن لغته عربية ويستخدم المجاز الذى يعرفه العرب، بل هو موجود فى كل اللغات

فمثلا

{وَلَا تَدْعُ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَهاً آخَرَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ هَالِكٌ إِلَّا وَجْهَهُ لَهُ الْحُكْمُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ }القصص88

إذا لم تكن كلمة “وجهه” مجازا لكان معنى الآية أن كل جسم الله (تعالى سبحانه عن عبثهم وتشبيههم) سوف يهلك ولا يبقى إلا وجهه، ولكن وجهه هنا تعنى نفسه أو ذاته

{وَمَن كَانَ فِي هَـذِهِ أَعْمَى فَهُوَ فِي الآخِرَةِ أَعْمَى وَأَضَلُّ سَبِيلاً }الإسراء72

وأعمى الأولى هنا لا تعنى عمى البصر ولكنها عمى البصيرة عن فهم واتباع آيات الله، وأعمى الثانية هى عمىً بصرى فعلى

ويُفسر هذا المعنى الآية

{ قَالَ اهْبِطَا مِنْهَا جَمِيعاً بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ فَإِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُم مِّنِّي هُدًى فَمَنِ اتَّبَعَ هُدَايَ فَلَا يَضِلُّ وَلَا يَشْقَى{123} وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَن ذِكْرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنكاً وَنَحْشُرُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَعْمَى{124} قَالَ رَبِّ لِمَ حَشَرْتَنِي أَعْمَى وَقَدْ كُنتُ بَصِيراً{125} قَالَ كَذَلِكَ أَتَتْكَ آيَاتُنَا فَنَسِيتَهَا وَكَذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ تُنسَى{126} وَكَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي مَنْ أَسْرَفَ وَلَمْ يُؤْمِن بِآيَاتِ رَبِّهِ وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَشَدُّ وَأَبْقَى{127} طه

وهناك آيات مجازية كثيرة مثل

{إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُبَايِعُونَكَ إِنَّمَا يُبَايِعُونَ اللَّهَ يَدُ اللَّهِ فَوْقَ أَيْدِيهِمْ فَمَن نَّكَثَ فَإِنَّمَا يَنكُثُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ وَمَنْ أَوْفَى بِمَا عَاهَدَ عَلَيْهُ اللَّهَ فَسَيُؤْتِيهِ أَجْراً عَظِيماً }الفتح10

{فَمَا بَكَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّمَاء وَالْأَرْضُ وَمَا كَانُوا مُنظَرِينَ }الدخان29

{وَاصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ فَإِنَّكَ بِأَعْيُنِنَا وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ حِينَ تَقُومُ }الطور48
